SCRAPBOOKING IDEAS CONTESTS RULES

Allscrapbookingideas.com Layouts contests will award assorted scrapbooking supplies to monthly contest entrants.

Entries must be uploaded to the Monthly Layout Contest Gallery and must be submitted in compliance with the procedures as explained in these scrapbooking ideas contests rules.

CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest is a monthly scarpbooking layouts contests. Layouts uploaded to the ASBI.C Monthly Layout Contests Gallery at any time prior to or following the monthly conntest Period may not be considered.

The monthly winners will be selected based on but not limited to the following criteria:

• 1. Title
• 2. General design
• 3. Journaling (the story)
• 4. Photo quality
• 5. Originality
• 6. Creative techniques
• 8. Votes by Site users

SUBMISSIONS

• Each contestant may submit up to 4 related layouts by uploading high-quality scanned image of the layouts.
• Each layout MUST be an original work created solely by the contestant submitting the layout.
• Each Layout must be a new upload to the allscrapbookingideas.com Layout Gallery.
• Each Layout MUST be a scrapbook layout; no cards, crafts or other projects will be acceptable
• Scrapbook Layouts must be submitted between monthly contest.
• Multiple entries is allowed, but are eligible for only one prize.
• Quality and size of the submitted layout (we suggest maximum 600 pixel, .gif and .jpg format)
• Monthly winners will be announced 10-14 days after winning Layouts has been selected. Winners will be annonced on this website, and prizes will be released within 2 weeks of announcement. For updates Subscribe to Allscrappyideas.

TERRITORY
The contest is open to allscrapbookingideas.com visitors or users.

ELIGIBILITY
Subject to the other requirements stated elsewhere in these Contests Rules, entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. To be eligible to win, ASBI.C must receive entries in the format designated below. By entering, entrant agrees to abide by these Contests Rules and the decisions of ASBI.C, which are final and binding.

By making a submission, entrant certifies that entrant either has or can obtain written consents from persons appearing in photos contained in the entrant's layouts that permit ASBI.C to utilize such photos in ASBI.C publications.

By entering the Contest, entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless ASBI.C, their legal representatives, their affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, sponsors, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages which may arise out of participation in the Scrapbookingideas Contest, or out of the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of contest prizes.

By participating, each entrant agrees to these Scrapbooking Layouts Contest Rules and to all ASBI.C decisions, which are final and binding in all respects.

People previously disqualified from any other allcrapbookingideas.com contest are not eligible to enter this contest without written consent from allcrapbookingideas.com.

DISQUALIFICATION
ASBI.C may prohibit entrants from participating in the Promotion and disqualify entries if they do not follow the rules of the contest or if they attempt to participate through means not described in this contests rules, attempt to disrupt scrapbook ideas layouts contest or circumvent the contests rules, or act in an un-sportsmanlike manner or with an intent to annoy or harass any other entrant, affiliated parties or employees of ASBI.C.

HOW TO ENTER
Only entries uploaded to the ASBI.C Monthly Layout Contest Gallery during the monthly contest Period will be considered.

Each entrant may upload up to four related layouts.

All entries becomes the property of ASBI.C.

In the unlikely event that ASBI.C encounters technical or equipment failures such as telephone network lines failing, computer online systems failing, servers and/or provider services go down, or human error in connection with the promotion etc., ASBI.C and promoters will not be held responsible.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, each contestant further agrees that, in the event there is any conflict or other inconsistency between the Contest Rules and any advertisements, promotional or marketing materials, e-mails, or announcements relevant to this Contest, these scrapbooking ideas Contest Rules will govern.

PRIZE
Each of the monthly winners will receive various scrapbooking supplies and gifts

WINNER NOTIFICATION, PRIZE CLAIM AND PRIZE DELIVERY
Monthly winners will be announced 10-14 days after winning Layouts has been selected. Winners will be annonced on this website, and prizes will be released within 2 weeks of announcement. For updates Subscribe to Allscrappyideas.

ASBI.C will not be responsible for failure of notices due to the failure of winner to receive the notification regardless of the reason, including but not limited to spam blocking programs, ISP failures, and other Internet problems

Unclaimed prizes will be awarded to others.

RIGHTS OF ASBI.C
ASBI.C reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel, or suspend the scrapbook Contests.

Site visitors entering through the Web must provide a valid e-mail address. ASBI.C is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in Contest.

BUSINESS TRANSFER
In the event that a third party acquires allscrapbookingideas.com or substantially all of its assets, contestanst information will be one of the transferred assets.

ODDS OF WINNING
The total number of entries received during the monthly Contests Period determines the odds of winning.

TAX
Payment of all taxes and fees on prizes won are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners must check with their own tax counsel to ascertain whether a prize will generate taxable income, and, if so, the amount.

NO SUBSTITUTION OF PRIZES
No substitution or transfer of prizes will be accommodated or permitted, other than at allscrapbookingideas.com sole discretion.

PUBLICATION
Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for ASBI.C, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies to use winner's name, likenesses, and submitted layouts for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. Each winner further grants to ASBI.C the right to use and publish his or her identity and home city and home state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with this and other Promotions.

EMAIL INFORMATION
By entering this contest entrant gives entrant's consent and permission for ASBI.C to send entrant email updates from ASBI.C and ASBI.C's third party partners.

LEGAL WARNING
Any attempt by any individual, whether or not a contestant, to damage, destroy, tamper with or vandalize this website, or otherwise interfere with the operation of this contest, is a violation of criminal and civil law and ASBI.C will diligently pursue all remedies in this regard against any offending individual or entity to the fullest extent permissible by law.

FORCE MAJEURE
ASBI.C reserves the right to cancel or suspend the contest should any causes beyond the control of the ASBI.C or Promoters, corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the contest. All decisions are final.

DISCLAIMER
EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, ASBI.C MAKES NO WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE USE OF THE PROMOTION PRIZE INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PRIZE. Under no circumstances will ASBI.C or any affiliated persons or entities be liable for:

• (1) electronic, computer, telephone, network, internet or other technical or human error(s) which may occur in connection with the contest;
• (2) any injury or damage to person or property, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, from participation or attempted participation in the contest;
• (3) inaccurate, incomplete, lost or stolen entries or other information related to the contest;
• (4) illegitimate entries (which will be disqualified);
• (5) punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
